Chili and Chip Casserole

Chili and Chip Casserole


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1 lb corn 2 c. chili concoarne with beans
  • 1/2 c. tomatoe sauce
  • 1 c. corn chips
  • 1 c. 1/2 lb diced process American Cheese


  1. Brown meat. Add onion and celery and cook until tender but not brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add chili and tomato sauce and mix. Place layer of corn chips in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Alternate layers of the chili mixture, corn chips, and diced cheese, ending with corn chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or until heated through.
  2. Makes 6 servings.
