p137 Benjamin Hatcher, son of Mr. William Hatcher, dec’d, late of Henrico Co., for 5000 lbs tobacco, to Jeremy Browne, orphan of John Browne, dec’d now in wardship of Mrs Sarah Woodson all my interest in 100 acres, being 1/2 of a parcel and divided mutually since his death by said Benjamin and his older brother Edward Hatcher, and since by agreement with Robert Sharpe the whole 100 acres was divided, Sharpe is to have his choice of the whole divident.  Dated 11 July 1680
