Know all Men by these presents that I
Edward Hatcher Senr. of the Cty. of Heno. of the Love that I have to & for my Son
John Hatcher do absolutely Give Grant Alienate Enfeoff & confirm unto him and the heirs of his body Lawfully begotten one tract of p___(?) of Land Situate Lying & being in the County aforesd & where I now dwell bounded as followeth begining at the River side at ye upper Line of the Land given by me to my Son William & therewith(?) thence up the River Sixty two Pole of Sixteen foot & half _(?) pole thence East South East half South to the Swamp so binding on the Swamp to the Line of the Land given unto my son William as aforesd thence upon that Line to ye place began including forty & two Acres & two thirds of an Acre together with all Houses and Houses Gardens & Orchards therein to belonging unto him & the heirs of his Body Lawfully begotten forever as aforesd but if it should happen that that he should die without Heir of his Body Lawfully begotten then to fall to my Son Seth & the heirs of his Body as aforesd. Moreover I give unto my son Edward Hatcher & to the heirs of his Body Lawfully begotten forever Forty & six acres & two thirds of an Acre Lying between the Line of his Brother John & the Line of Henry Loone but if it should so happen that he should Die without Heir as aforesd then to Fall between my son John & my son
Seth Hatcher to them and their heirs forever.
I Likewise give unto my son Seth Hatcher &c to the Heirs of his body Lawfully begotten all the Plantable or High Lands Between his
Brother Williams Lower Line and the mouth of the Reed Marsh Creek forever but if Die without Heir as aforesd then to be equally divided between his surviving brothers.
