I Ann Wilson of Lawns Creek Pish (Parish) in ye County of Surry being Sick and weak in body yett parised be God of perfect sense and memory doo make ordain and COnsitute his my Last will and testament this 21th day of ye fifth month Commonly Call July in ye year 1702 as foloweth

As for ye disposing of wt worldly Estate itt hath pleased God to bestow upon me & that Justly belongs Unto me in Carolina all goods and Chattels in what kind Soever itt may be found I give and bequeath unto Robt Beelman and Ann Beelman ye Son & daughter of John Beelman & Sarah his wife Except four Cows and four Calves and four Ewes and four Lambs all females to be Equally devided between Robert Wilson and Ann Wilson ye Son and daughter to Isaac Wilson and Ann his first Wife

And as for what belongs to me in Surry County or Elsewhere Except in California I give and bequeath Unto ye poor Friends belonging to ye meeting in Surry County after my body is buried att ye discreation of John Tooks and Sam all ye Rest of what goods Soever to be disposed of as they think Convenient amongst them and I nominate appoint and make John Tooks and Sam Cornell Sole Extrs Joyntly and Severally of this my Last Will and Testment Revoking all other wills and testaments heretofre by me made in witness whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and Seal ye Day and year above written —
