My 100 acres of land lying at the end of the hills near Hatteras Inlet to be sold at public auction. After my debts are payed the money to be equally divided adomng my children. To my wife Barbara Ballance 71 acres
To my son William Ballance 100 acres of land joining
of my son John Ballance land that I before gave him
a deed to my son Caleb Ballance 100 acres of land joining my son William Ballance
To my son Aaron Ballance 100 acres of land joining my son Caleb
To my son Wallace Ballance 100 acres joining my son Aron Ballance.
I give unto my son Joshua Ballance 100 acres of land joining my son Wallace Ballance.
I give unto my son Laban Ballance the Housing and plantation whereon I now live reserve that my wife Barbara Ballance is not by him to be interuppted in respecting the housing or lands during her widowhood.
To my two daughter Barbara Ballance & Cortana Ballance.
I give my son Thomas Ballance 22 acres joining on the land whereon Thomas Ballance now lives.
I have 100 acres of land situate in old Currituck to be sold at public auction. I have 25 acres of land that I bought of Jesse Jennet on the Cape to be sold at public auction.
