Royal Pecan Rice Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked Royal Blend Rice
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning or to taste

Instructions

  1. In large skillet, saute onions and celery in butter until tender.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well.

  3. Spoon into casserole; cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
