State of North Carolina, Wayne Co. SIMON AYCOCK et al vs the Heirs of Benjamin Aycock et al 9 April 1836. Referred to the Clerk and Master to ascertain who are the persons entitled to a distributive share of the proceeds of the sale of the land reported to have been sold under the decree in this cause, agreeable (?) the directives contained in said decree made at Spring term 1835. I have given notice to the parties and in the 2nd day of March pursuant to said notice took the deposition of Sundry persons which are herewith returned and do report the following named persons as entitled to distributive shares viz. Being 45 in number all of whom it appears (by the evidence herewith returned as a part of this report) were in existence at and after the life estate of PATIENCE AYCOCK dec expired in the lands of JESSE AYCOCK decs and mentioned in said decree.
