It is ordered that public notice by advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for
six weeks notifying JOHN STANLEY, the Defendant, that unless he appears at
the next term of said Court to be held in Currituck County on the last Monday
in August next and plead to said action, final judgment will be entered up
against him.
