Ordered that Charlotte Adkins be allowed the sum of Ten pounds for the third years Keeping and Maintaining a bastard Child begotten on her body by William ONeel Junr. to commence from the Time her last allowance expired & to be paid in equal quarterly payments

Ordered that the Sheriff let out to the lowest bidder the Cleaning the Courthouse and keeping the Same in Order for each Term the ensuing year, and that the Shff. Pay for the same quarterly out of the county Tax which Shall be a Voucher for him.
The let of the Courthouse for one year, to be Scoured four times & Swept at Each Court Election and General Muster to be paid quarterly by the Sheriff …to Jeremiah Perkins…£2.

Currituck County} I do hereby Certify that Samuel Salyear Esquire was lawfully Appointed Commissioner of Wrecks and that he gave bond with Nathan Poyner and Thomas Farrow Securities in the Sum of Two Thousand pounds for the faithful Performance of the Several duties of his office agreeable to act of the General Assembly Passed at Raleigh 1801.
