(293) Robert Peele 15 Sept 1807 Nov Ct 1808 O D/332 Wife Catharine Peele – Negroes Brister, Frank, Anthony, Dempsey, Sam, Pen and Fanny, horses, furniture, tools, etc. I leave in the hands of Josee(Jesse?) Hollowell 100 pounds for the use of my daughter Mary Davis at the death of her husband Richard Davis, but if her husband surviver her this will be divided among her children, son JessePeelle, son Willis Peelle, son John Peele – ten shillings each. Grandson Fletcher Peelle (son of Daniel Peelle, dec’d) 100 silver dollars. Granddaughter Mary Hall and my daughters Mary Davis, Feriby Horn and Margaret Outland – all the residue of my estate, except for my chest and clothing, which I give to my sons Jesse, Willis and John.
