In the name of God Amen I John Belman being sick & weake of body but of sound mind & memory do make & ordaine this my last will & testament in manner & form following

Imprimis  I give & bequeat my soull to Almightly God that gave it hoping through the merits of my beloved Savior Jesus Christ for remission of my sins & my body to ye earth to be decently buried to the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named

Item  I give & bequeath to my son John Belman & his heirs one alf of my land comonly known by ye name  North containing one hundred Acres one half lying next to James

Item  I give & bequeath to my son Robert Belman & his heirs the other half of that hundred acres in ye  & as to the rest of my estate both real and personal after my debts have been fuly payed I desire it may be equally divided amongst my wife & children

Item I make & ordain my loving wife afsaid Sarah Belman Executrix of this my las will & testament giving her power to sell & dispose of all my land without those hundred acres above given to my sons John & Robert & the money and the rest of my movable estate to be qually divided as above afsaid between my Executrix & my six children
In testimony whereof I have hereto sett my hand and seall this 5 November in ye year of our Lord 1706
