pg 57 A deed of sale from Jesse Pearce and wife to Lewis Bryan acknowledged by the said Jesse Pearce when Eliz Pearce wife of sd Jesse came into Court and being privately examined by Henry Rains Esq. relinquishes her right of dower agreeable to law to the land mentioned in said deed of sale.  1762 (July?)
