page 79 Stephen Hinnant is constituted and appointed Guardian to Thomas H. Sasser, John H. Sasser, Catherine D. Sasser, Harriet H. Sasser, minor heirs of Henry Sasser, dec’d who gives bond in the sum of six hundred dollars with Thomas Bagley as his security which is accepted by the court present the worshipful William H. Watson, Matthew Avera and John Q. Adams, Esqrs.
