Richard Dorman haveing married An Nicholson the relic of Christopher Nicholson . . . after devition shall belonge to Sarah; Elizabeth, Christopher and An Nicholson, children of Christopher Nicholson Deceased, by An his Wife, now the Wife of Richard Dorman, and the children in his Care.
Ordered that Joseph Sutten, and Robert Wilson, Wm Bundy, and Anthony Dauson devide the land which Christopher Nicholseon deceased was possest with, and after devition to let the relict of Christopher Nicholson have her choice, of the share she hath a minde too: and that Samuell Nicholson be invested as Heire to the residue of the said land: by his petition, desired.
