#434 p. 62 Moses Stanley of Wayne Co. deed to Robert Ivy of same, Sept. 21, 1785, for 10 pds. specie a tract of 50 acres lying on the north side of Neuse River and east side of Bogue Marsh adjoining both parties, as by patent granted to said Stanley bearing date Nov. 10, 1784.
