Real Food Chocolate Protein Bar


  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup protein ( A powder, hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds)
  • pinch salt
  • 1 T vanilla extract


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pat ‘dough’ onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. Cut into bar shapes and enjoy!
