Real Food Chocolate Protein Bar
- 1 cup dates
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup protein ( A powder, hemp seeds or raw sunflower seeds)
- pinch salt
- 1 T vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor until thoroughly combined.
- Pat ‘dough’ onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Cut into bar shapes and enjoy!
