Name: Creamy Nut Icing
Ingredients: 2 1/2 TB cake flour; 1/2 cup milk; 1/4 cup fat; 1/4 cup butter; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/4 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 2 cups powdered sugar

Method

Cook flour and milk until a thick paste.
Cream fat, butter, sugar, salt
Add to lukewarm paste.
Beat until fluffy.
Add vanilla and powdered sugar.

May make chocolate if desired.
