Zucchini Bread

Name: Zucchini Bread
Ingredients: 1 cup oil; 2 cups sugar; 1 tsp vanilla; 2 cups grated zucchini; 3 beaten eggs; 3 cups flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 tsp soda; 1 TB baking powder

1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
3 beaten eggs

Sift dry ingredients

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 TB baking powder

Method

Combine oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
Add the 3 beaten eggs
Sift dry ingredients. Add to the other mixture.
Stir in 1/3 to 1/2 chopped nuts
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
