Cornelius Harper bought from John Malpass 303 acres in 1829. Daniel Harper bought (or received) by deed from Lula Wright 2 tracts in 1847. Daniel Harper received from B.W. Williams by deed 133 1/2 acres in 1848. Daniel Harper received from John L. Holland by deed 300 acres in 1858
