2 layer Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 TB baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda

Frosting

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Add to butter and cream cheese

  • 1 pkg powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and oil.

  2. Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and soda

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes

  4. Frost and let sit overnight.
