Chicken Milano

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 2 TB butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can
  • 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Rice

  2. Skin and bone chicken and cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Saute onion and garlic. Add chicken and brown. Add remaining ingredients, simmer 20 mins. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
