Christenson Clam Chowder

Servings 6

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion

Add to above.

  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 tin of minced clams with liquor
  • 1/2 can milk or add enough milk to dilute to desired flavor.

Instructions

  1. Cut bacon into very fine pieces and brown in frying pan.

  2. Add the onion and cook together until tender.

Add

  1. A little canned corn can also be added.

  2. Stir this mixture together and simmer gently for about 45 minutes.
