Orange Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breast or 4 halves boned
  • 2 TB melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tso sakt
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled
  • black pepper to taste
  • rind of one orange
  • 1 TB cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken in pan - 13x9x2 pyrex or sizzle batter over chicken.

  2. Combine onion, salt, rosemary, pepper, orange juice, rind and cornstarch. Sprinkle paprika.

  3. Bake uncovered 30 min. Baste occasionally.
