Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 7 large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Cold Milk
  • 4 Cup hot milk

Instructions

  1. Caramelized sugar in saucepan and coat bottom and sides of 1 1/2 qt pyrex dish.

  2. Combine salt, vanilla, and remaining sugar. Add eggs and beat lightly.

  3. Add cold milk, then hot milk. Pour in dish.

  4. Bake 1 hour for 20 minutes-1 hour in a pan of water or until knife comes out clean. Or you may bake in individual dishes for a shorter time. Bake in 325 oven .
