Hot Turkey Salad

Ingredients

  • diced cooked turkey
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 4 TB chopped onion
  • 1/2 can water chestnuts, drained and copped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix first six ingredients.

  2. Add 1 cup crushed corn flakes.

  3. Mix well and pour into buttered casserole dish.

  4. Mix remaining cup of corn flakes with melted butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.

  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
