Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 oz Roquefort Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Accent
  • 1 tsp salt

2nd ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 3 1/4 TB lemon juice

3rd ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Blend together first ingredients.

  2. Add 2nd ingredients.

  3. Add mayonnaise.

  4. Use a mixer to blend together (never use a blender).
