Present} Willis Etheridge, Andrew Bates, Samuel Ferebee, John Northern Esquires
Ordered that Batson (?) Ballance orphan of Caleb Ballance Decd. be bound an apprentice to Obediah Caps to learn the Trade of a Blacksmith till he arrives to the age of twenty one years.
