William Dicksey to George Stanly (5:442) William Dicksey of Beverly for consideration of 40 pounds sterling sold to George Stanly of Beverly 26 acres of land more or less lying in Beverly at the place called Bald Hill.  The S. East bounds a smale ash, the S. West bounds a red oake the N West bounds a red oake, on the side of Bald Hill the noreast Patch’s ground.  Signed: William Dicksey (mark); Anna Dicksie (mark). Release of dower: wife does freely yield all her rights, title, dower & interest.  Date: 8 January 1671. Witnesses: Joseph Gardner: Nathaniell Felton.  Acknowledged: 8:11:72 & Anna, wife, yielded thirds. Recorded: 16:9:1680
