wife LEAH negro Cush with all my Stock of every kind, Household Goods and Plantation tools, negroes Isaac & Lucy; at wife’s decease Isaac to be sold at the discretion of my Executors (he having the liberty to Chose a master) & the money given to my Grandson Demcey son of Samuel Carr & Mary his wife & Lucy given to my Niece Elizabeth, the dau. of Lemuel Ivey (late of Northfolk County Virginia deceased); grson, Jesse Brown negro Jane; grdau. Sarah Harrod, the dau. of David Brown and Patience his Wife both deceased negro Harry; negro Women Called Phillis be set Free, she complying with the Law in that Care provided; negroes Anthony and Demcy sold, they having liberty to chose Masters and the Money from the Sale of Anthony I give to my dau. Sarah Parker and the Money from the sale of Demcy to be Equeally divided between my wife Leah & daus. Charity Smith & Mary Carr
