Crab Casserole

Name: Crab Casserole
Ingredients: 1 can crab meat (6.5 or 7.5 oz size); 1 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs (no crusts); Enough milk to wet to desired moistness (very little); 3/4 cup dressing or mayonnaise; 3 hard boiled eggs (chopped); 1 1/2 tsp minced parsley; 1 TB chopped onion; 1/4 tsp salt and pepper (each); 1/2 cup soft butter bread crumbs (for topping)

Add last

3/4 cup dressing or mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 tsp minced parsley
1 TB chopped onion
1/4 tsp salt and pepper (each)
1/2 cup soft butter bread crumbs (for topping)

Method

Mix the ingredients together, place in shallow casserole
Top with buttered crumbs and bake uncovered for 3 min.
Lightly grease casserole.
