Ingredients: 1 cup dry lentils; 1/2 cup raw rice; 4 cups water; 1/4 cup barley; 1 28 oz can tomatoes; 1 16 oz can tomatoes; 1 1/2 tsp sugar (optional); 1 1/2 tsp salt

Ingredients

1 cup dry lentils
1/2 cup raw rice
4 cups water
1/4 cup barley

2nd set ingredients

1 28 oz can tomatoes
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
1 1/2 tsp salt

Method

Cook 1st ingredients for 15 minutes.
Add 2nd set ingredients.
Cook 45 minutes adding water as needed.
