- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 4 TB TB barbecue sauce I use one with no sugar
- 1 cup shredded cheese I use almond cheese
- 2 tsp worchestershire sauce

Mix ingredients into the hamburger. Form into a patty. Cook. Serve with lettuce wrap.
