Mix:

2 1/4 c all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

pinch salt

Add:

Add: 1 to 2 cups of (nuts, berries, chocolate chips or any combination - no more than 1 c of chips)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Bake for 18-20 min.

Immediately remove from the oven and turn the muffins on their sides so that steam can escape the pan.
