Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat 6.5 or 7.5 oz size
  • 1 1/4 cup soft bread crumbs (no crusts)
  • Enough milk to wet to desired moistness (very little)

Add last

  • 3/4 cup dressing or mayonnaise
  • 3 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced parsley
  • 1 TB chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper (each)
  • 1/2 cup soft butter bread crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together, place in shallow casserole

  2. Top with buttered crumbs and bake uncovered for 3 min.

  3. Lightly grease casserole.
