Lentil Soup

Ingredients

  • Lentils du Puy (dark olive green)
  • Black lentils
  • Brown lentils
  • Green lentils
  • Red lentils (orange red)
  • bay leaf
  • 2 tsp parsley

Instructions

  1. (Didn't say how much water.)

  2. Puree 3 cups of the soup in blender until smooth. Return to pot.

  3. Return to pot.

  4. Stir in vinegar.

  5. Cook on medium low heat until hot. Stir in parsley.
