Baked Potatoes

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup hot milk
  • 3 TB butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup cooked or canned kernel corn
  • 1 TB pimento

Instructions

  1. Bake - Scoop out potatoes and mash

  2. Add milk butter, salt and Pepper - onion, corn and pimento.

  3. Refill shells.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 min.
