Barbecued Chicken/Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 cups club soda or Sprite or 7up (if you want it sweeter)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp molasses (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp horse radish (optional)
  • 1/2" pieces chicken

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.

  2. Marinate chicken in fridge for 12-24 hours.

  3. Barbecue until cooked.
