Ingredients

Cheesecake 1

Crust

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Press into buttered 8" pie plate.

Filling

  • 8 oz pkg Soften cream cheese; beat until fluffy. Gradually add in 1/2c. Sugar 1 TB lemon juice, ½ tsp vanilla and dash salt. Add 2 eggs one at a time. Beat after each.
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 2 eggs Add 1 egg at a time and beat after each
  • Pour filling into crust.
  • Bake in slow oven 325 derees until set 25-30 min.

Topping

  • 1 cup Combine dairy sour cream and following ingredients.
  • 2 TB sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Spoon over the top of a pie.
  • Bake 10 min. longer
  • Cool chill several hours, serve with fruit topping.
  • Alternate crust: crushed pecans with ¼ c butter melted, lid full vanilla

Cheesecake 2

Crust

  • 2 cups graham crackers 2 TB sugar, lid full vanilla, 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 tb sugar
  • lid full vanilla
  • 1 stick melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese 4 eggs, 1 c sugar, ½ tsp vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 TB sugar

Top Filling

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • Bake crust and filling at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Let set for 5 min.
  • Add top 30 filling and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
