Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 16 small flour tortillas (or 8 large)
  • cooked chunks chicken
  • sliced black olives
  • shredded cheddar chesse

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken soup and milk.

  2. Spread a little soup mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.

  3. Spread a little soup mixture down the center of each torilla, alongw ith chicken, olives, and cheese.

  4. Roll tortillas and place in pan.

  5. Spoon remaining soup mixture oer the top.

  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top.

  7. Bake at 375 degrees until hot.
