Chicken Top Hot Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced chicken
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup water chestnuts, dry and chop
  • 3 TB minced onion (fresh)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TB lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients.

  2. Thin with chicken brother if too thick.

  3. Cover with mashed, seasoned croutons.

  4. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree over until bubbly.
