Chinese Chicken Tossed Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg fried wonton squares (save for later)
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 4 stalks green onion, chopped
  • 2 TB toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 2 TB sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp accent
  • 1 tsp cracked ginger
  • 1 TB sesame seed oil
  • 3 TB vinegar
  • 1/4 cup salad oil

Instructions

  1. Broil chicken in small amount of water with 1 piece ginger and 1 piece garlic until cooked.

  2. Shred chicken when cold.

  3. Mix chicken and all the vegetables and chill.

  4. Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.

  5. Just before serving, toss the salad with dress and add the wonton chips last - sprinkle them on top.

  6. Serve.
