Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 TB brandy can substitute apple juice
  • 1 cup boiling milk

Instructions

  1. Place in a blender:

  2. Chocolate pieces, sugar, eggs, brandy and milk.

  3. Blend until smooth about 30 seconds.

  4. Pour into 8 dessert dishes and chill until ready to serve, at least 1 hour.

  5. Can top with whpped cream.
