Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small, finely chopped onion

2nd set of Ingredients

  • 2 TB flour
  • 4 tsp chicken base
  • 1 1/2 cup hot water

Other Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup grated carrots
  • l large diced potato
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups frozen corn
  • 1 TB parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook onion in the margarine.

  2. Add 2nd set of ingredients after mixing them together.

  3. Add carrots and potato.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes.

  5. Add salt. Stir to avoid sticking.

  6. Add corn and bring to boil.
