Corn Relish

Ingredients

  • 8 cups frozen corn
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup green pepper
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 TB salt
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Put in stainless steel or ceramic or enamel pot and simmer for 20 min.

  2. Fill jars (6-7 pints) and process for 15 min.
