Crab Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat (6.5 or 7.5 oz)
  • 1 1/4 soft bread (no crust)
  • 3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced parsley
  • 1 TB chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup soft butter bread crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the above ingredients together; place in shallow casserole; top with buttered crumbs; and bake uncovered. Casserole may e lightly greased.
