Green Beans Supreme

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 10 oz pkg or 1 lb can green beans, cooked and drained
  • 2 TB butter or margarine
  • 1 medium stalk celery sliced
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp salt and dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan, saute celery and almonds in butter about 10 minutes until celery is tender and almonds lightly brown.

  2. Add beans, salt and pepper through.

  3. Top with mushroom caps sauteed in butter.
