Italian Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 TB salad oil (if hamburger used, omit)
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • 1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 6 oz can tomato paste
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Cook in pressure cooker 20 min at 15# pressure or simmer two hours over low heat.
