Meat Ring

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal of cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients.

  2. Mold in round pan with hole in center.

  3. Cover with sauce.

  4. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Sauce: 3/4 cup catsup, 2 TB brown sugar, 1 TB mustard
