Pearl's Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 TB sugar
  • 1 TB white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well with wire whisk.

  2. Whisk in slowly 1/4 cup olive oil.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Drizzle over salad.
