Before coooking your chop suey, soak the long rice in cold water for 35-45 minutes.
Cut vegetables up in pieces, also the garlic and ginger.
Put oil in pan until hot, put in garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add the corn beef for 2 minutes.
Cut the long rice into pieces with a pair of scissors.
Add the long rice into the corn beef, when the long is cooked, add the soy sauce.
After the soy sauce is added, wait for maybe 5 minutes.
Turn the heat to low, and add the celery and carrots or any kind of vegetable you prefer to add into your chop suey.
